Terms of Service

Pricing: It is the buyers responsibility to request for a price if it is not listed on this website. Board repair prices are found here.  If you do not request a price, you will be charged based on the price listed on the website or a fair market price based on service requested. Regardless, we will do our best to contact the customer prior to service to confirm an agreed price.
Repair: Upon receipt of repair, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to view the progress of your repair.  For mail in repairs, you will receive an Invoice via email and payment can be processed through the invoice by credit/debit card. Once payment is receive, we will return the phone to the address provided to us. If we are unable to repair the device and our "No Fix, No Fee" is in effect, you can either donate the board for parts or we can return the phone at the shipping cost of the buyer.
Warranty:  We offer a 120 day parts/labor warranty on defective replacement parts. If a part we installed onto your device is defective, bring the device back to the shop and we will replace it at no cost to you. The warranty does not include accidental damage or liquid damage to the device.   
Microsoldering/Board Repair Warranty We offer a lifetime warranty on all our Microsoldering/ board level repairs. The warranty covers the work that was done according to the invoice. The warranty does not include accidental or liquid damage. The warranty only covers the person/business from the initial invoice. If it is possible, please back up all data prior to repair because we cannot warranty data. 
Return/Refund: In the event that the repair becomes defective again, we will need to have it returned to us and we will complete the repair. If we are unable to successfully repair your device, we will refund you the cost of the repair minus the returned shipping. You will be given the option to donate the board to the parts box and receive the full refund. We cannot offer a refund or a warranty repair for an issue unrelated to our repair. 
Payment Terms: Payments are due within 30 days of the completion of repair. On day 31 you are subject to late payment fee's  consisting of $5 dollars per day starting on the payment due date. If the device is not paid for/picked up within 90 days of repair completion notification, the device will be considered abandoned and sold or used as parts.
Water Damage Devices: Water damage, or any liquid damaged devices, are not covered under warranty and will be treated as data recovery. We require and upfront fee of $45 to run an initial cleaning then will conduct our water treatment process and follow up with the customer on further steps at the discretion of the customer.
