This article says that the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL did not do as well as it was supposed to despite having an amazing camera, but the hype for the 4 and 4 XL are especially high.
With the release of the Pixel 3a being so affordable, we will see what the pricing will be like for the 4, and if they are going to release a similar "4a" after the release of the 4. After doing some research, I found that the Pixel, and Google, had the highest profits and increase in sales behind the OnePlus.
The phone will have face recognition and motion sensors. It will also have touchless features, like being able to change songs and ignore phone calls.
Google typically releases their phones in October, so it looks like we might see this announcement in the next month or so, along with the iPhone 11 being announced September 11th.
The Pixel 4 will also be one of the first phones to run Android's new OS, Android 10, which is exciting for everyone. It looks like I will probably be making the switch from iPhone to Pixel after my upgrade is up, which should be just after the next Pixel release next year, unless the new iPhones are not as horrible as they look.
What is your opinion on all the new phones coming out? It seems like the future is really here. We are really doing this. Technology is advancing faster than we can keep up with and so much is at our fingertips.
